The Trip Prize consists of a six (6) day, five (5) nights for Invitation Prize Winner to the 2024 DeepRacer Championship Cup Finals, to be held at in Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S.A. between 1st and 6th December 2024.
The Top 10 global racers based on cumulative leaderboard points tally will be awarded a cash prize of USD $2,000 each.
Monthly Regional Top 3 Finisher Prizes: A gift card voucher good for no more than USD $250 for goods on amazon.com.
Monthly Region-specific Top 50 Finisher Prizes: A gift card voucher for no more than USD $99 for goods on amazon.com
First 2,000 Submitter Prizes: A $30 AWS credit to redeem across any AWS services.

Grand Champion Prize: A Scholarship Grant, as defined below, with a total value of USD $11,000.
Second Champion Prize: A Scholarship Grant, as defined below, with a total value of USD $6,000.
Third Champion Prize: A Scholarship Grant, as defined below, with a total value of USD $4,000.
Fourth Champion Prize: A Scholarship Grant, as defined below, with a total value of USD $2,000.
Fifth Champion Prize: A Scholarship Grant, as defined below, with a total value of USD $1,000.
Sixth Champion Prize: A Scholarship Grant, as defined below, with a total value of USD $750.
“Scholarship Grant” is a grant provided by Organizer to the winner’s School/College for the winner’s benefit. Organizer reserves the right to modify the grant as necessary to comply with local laws, School/College requirements, or other reasons in Organizer’s sole discretion that would be in the best interest of the winner and the Contest.

Once you have completed your registration on the portal, we will require you to sign and return any applicable documents related to the prize, which may include, but are not limited to, a letter of prize acceptance, release form, waiver of liability, W-8 or W-9 form and an affidavit of eligibility within 30 days of notification. When all required documentation is received by AWS, we will ship your prize. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
Prizes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
If you are a winner, the login details of your individual user accounts with individual passwords can be found in your congratulatory email. If you have not received said email, please make sure to check your junk folder.
Check that you have entered your details correctly. If you are having trouble entering the details online, please email deepracer-winner@promowinners.com stating your Deepracer ID and the prize you won.
There are several reasons you may not be able to enter the site.
From the time you receive your login details you will have 30 days to claim your prize.
Delivery may take up to 28 days. If there any delays we will contact you.
Please allow 14 days for validation and confirmation, if you have not received a response in this period, please log-in to the portal and raise a support ticket, or email deepracer-winner@promowinners.com stating your DeepRacer ID.
We aim to respond to your query within 1 working day. If you haven’t heard from us, please make sure to check your junk folder, or look at your messages on the portal.

If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, declines to accept the prize, or any winner notification is returned as undeliverable; the potential winner cannot travel on the specified dates; the potential winner fails to respond to a winner notification within the timeframe specified in such winner notification; or if a potential winner does not answer the initial notification, the prize may be forfeited. If a prize is unclaimed, unredeemed or any portion thereof returned as undeliverable, winner will be disqualified and prize will be forfeited.
AWS will not sell or share your data. Information you provide will only be used to verify Winner’s eligibility and to fulfil their prize.
Generally speaking, all prizes and awards are taxable income. It is the recipients’ responsibility to report the value of prizes and awards received on his or her tax returns.
According to applicable law in USA, AWS is required to report prizes whose fair market value (FMV) exceeds $600 on a 1099-MISC form to the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) (and other relevant taxing authorities). The value of the Las Vegas prize falls within this category. AWS will prepare and provide a 1099-MISC form to you and the IRS. To do so, AWS requires you to provide us with a complete form W-9.
